Today’s coronavirus update: Doc clocks 80 hours a week, Prince Charles infected – New York Post

Help is on the way.

The White House and Senate leaders struck a deal Wednesday on a $2 trillion coronavirus stimulus package to rush aid to businesses, workers and a health care system walloped by the worsening pandemic.

As part of the massive rescue bill — the largest in history — most adults will get checks of $1,200 per person. It also includes some lesser-known provisions.

US stocks rallied after lawmakers reached the agreement, with the Dow Jones industrial average climbing as much as 1,315.02 points, or 6.3 percent.
